Coming Back to Yourself is a private, self-guided cult recovery program designed to help you rebuild self-trust, identity, and personal choice after a cult, high-control group, coercive organization, or spiritually abusive experience.
Through six guided audio modules and practical reflection exercises, you will begin exploring internalized rules, fear, authority patterns, decision-making, and the question of who you want to become outside the system you left.
You will also receive Why Didn't They Just Leave?, a companion guide you can share with family members and friends to help them better understand cult recruitment, gradual commitment, isolation, and why leaving is often far more complicated than it appears from the outside.
Includes lifetime access so you can move through the program privately and at your own pace.
Coming Back to Yourself is a self-guided educational program and is not therapy, mental health treatment, or crisis support.
